SUMMARY OF BASIS OF AWARD HORSHAM TOWNSHIP PENSION INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES

Horsham Township advertised a Request for Proposal (RFP) for investment advisory services for its pension plan in accordance with Act 44 of 2009 all as further developed via the RFP.

Interview candidates were selected in part on expertise and experience in the local government marketplace, demonstrated business continuity, and availability of local personnel for consultation, and informational reporting capabilities.

As a result of the process, INR Advisory Services was rated the most qualified. Its proposal was well developed, addressed the concerns of the Board, and was the most competitively priced response received. INR presented a detailed transition timeline and discussed ideas for a smooth transition.

Consequently, INR Advisory Services has been selected to perform the work.
