The Earned Income Tax is 1.0%. It is a requirement that all employers located in Horsham Township deduct this tax from the employee's wages and remit to Berkheimer Associates. For information concerning the Earned Income Tax for 1997 thru Present, please contact Berkheimer Associates at 1-800-360-8989.

The Occupational Privilege Tax is ten dollars ($10) per year and is withheld by the employer or is paid by a self-employed businessman. This tax applies to those people working in Horsham Township and over the age of Eighteen (18). For information regarding this tax, please contact Horsham Township Finance Clerk at 215-643-3131 ext. 260.

The Per Capita Tax rate for 2008 is zero.
