Youth Sports Organizations

There are several independent volunteer youth sports organizations that offer team athletic sports to the youth of Horsham Township. Each association has its own officers, Board of Directors, by-laws and rules and regulations.

Horsham Township Parks and Recreation and the Hatboro-Horsham School District work cooperatively with these organizations to provide facilities for practices, play, meetings and registration.

Horsham Little League Association

Horsham Little League Association offers T-ball, baseball and softball programs in the Spring for children ages 5 to 18 and Fall ball for ages 6-13 from Labor Day through the beginning of November.

Horsham Soccer Association offers it's intramural and travel program each Fall for children ages 4 to 18.

The Intramural Program is designed to provide children between the ages of 4 (must be born on or before 7/31/08) and 18 with a recreational soccer program. Intramurals season runs from August 1 through November.

The Travel Program is played at a more competitive level against other clubs in the area. Players must try out and be selected to play on a travel team. Those who try out and do not make the team will be automatically placed on a team in the intramural program. Travel season runs July through November.

Hatboro-Horsham Soccer Club aims to provide a safe, fun environment for children to enjoy the game of soccer. HHSC offers a Co-ed Youth Intramural program for ages 3-9 years old. There is a Teen Intramural Program for ages 10-older in the Spring as well as a Travel Soccer Program for ages 10-older.

Horsham Hawks Football and Cheerleading Association offers its program to boys and girls, ages 5 to 15. Registration begins in February.

Hatboro-Horsham Youth Basketball (HHOOPS) offers intramural basketball for boys and girls grades 1-12 as well as travel basketball for boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 13. Registration is held in September for the winter season.

Hatboro-Horsham Wrestling Club

Hatboro-Horsham Wrestling Club is dedicated to the development of youth in grades K-8th by introducing them to the sport of wrestling. Formal practices start in November.

Banshees Fastpitch Softball

Hatboro-Horsham Girls Amateur Softball Association (Banshees) is a travel softball program for girls, ages 9 to 18.

Horsham Heat Baseball
Hatboro-Horsham Heat is dedicated to getting as many Hatboro-Horsham players as possible playing travel baseball in a league and at a level of baseball that will complement their skill level and provide for improvement for the players.

Horsham Lacrosse Club (HLC) provides the youth (grades 2 - 8th) of both Hatboro Borough and Horsham Township with an affordable opportunity to learn the skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship that is part of the Lacrosse Tradition.
