Occupational Privilege Tax Information
Occupational Privilege Tax is levied upon all persons 18 years of age or older who are self-employed or engage in any occupation with in the limits of Horsham Township. The tax of $10.00 per person/per year shall be deducted by the employer and remitted to Horsham Township utilizing the forms below:

THE TOWNSHIP NOW ACCEPTS REPLACMENT OF OPT 2 WHICH IS EMPLOYEE RETURN FORM. IT CAN BE IN FORMAT OFF PAYROLL REPORT OR EXCEL SPREAD SHEET.
