09-08D KEITH VALLEY PROPERTIES PROPOSED TRASH TRANSFER FACILITY, 151 Keith Valley
Road, zone I-2 The applicant is proposing to construct a trash transfer facility & to utilize the existing
building for office & warehouse use.
09-07-ZC HORSHAM VALLEY GC ZONING TEXT AND MAP AMENDMENT, Babylon Road. The applicant
is proposing both a zoning and map change. A zoning designation of R-4 Medium Density Residential District. In
addition a text amendment applicable to large tracts within the R-4 District is being proposed to allow an
alternative development with somewhat larger lots.
09-06-S HORSHAM VALLEY GC SUBDIVISION, Babylon Road
The applicant is proposing to subdivide the golf club into 125 residential building lots.
