Rehabilitation to Rt. 152 (Limekiln Pike) Bridge May 29, 2012 - October, 2012

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will start construction Tuesday, May 29, 2012 on the project to rehabilitate the stone arch bridge carrying Route 152 (Limekiln Pike) over Little Neshaminy Creek in Horsham and Montgomery Townships, Montgomery County. The bridge is scheduled to reopen in October.

When construction is completed, the historic stone arch bridge will once again carry northbound and southbound traffic.

The Route 152 (Limekiln Pike) bridge will be closed for five months and detoured during construction. The posted detour will use Route 463 (Horsham Road), Kenas Road and County Line Road.

PennDOT reminds motorists they can log on to www.511pa.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions on major highways before heading out. For more PennDOT information, visit www.dot.state.pa.us
