2007/2008 Recreation Programs
Horsham Township offers a number of classes, workshops and programs to its residents. The Township also organizes bus trips to various events in the area.
Adopt-A-Park
The purpose of this program is to create a framework under which citizen groups can contribute to the community by adopting a park, open space or trail and agreeing to improve it through various tasks and projects as specified. This program has been established as an environmental stewardship and public service program.
Bus Trips
Horsham Township wants you to travel with us to a variety of different fun and exciting destinations throughout the year. Horsham Township runs several bus trips a year, please come on a trip with us.
Discount Tickets
A listing of available tickets for purchase at Horsham Township for local events and attractions. Discount Tickets are only sold in person at the Township Building.
Horsham Day
Saturday, June 7, 11:00 AM through a fireworks display at 9:15 PM.
Horsham Idol
Horsham Idol is back! Auditions will be held in May.

Parks & Recreation Plan Update
The 2000 Census recorded 24,232 people in Horsham Township. The population of the township is projected to grow to 30,890 by 2025, a population gain of 6,658 persons, which translates to a 27.4 percent increase. Provision of adequate parks and recreation opportunities to serve the growing population takes careful planning. The 2003 Horsham Township Park and Recreation Plan Update represents a commitment on the part of Horsham Township Council to continue assessing the municipality's role as a provider of parks and recreation services.
Recreation Program Registration
This registration form is for recreation programs run by the Horsham Township Parks and Recreation Department. You can now download the form at home and either deliver the form to the Township Building or mail the form in.

Youth Sports Organizations
The Department of Parks and Recreation and the Hatboro-Horsham School District work cooperatively with these organizations to provide facilities for practices, play, meetings and registration.
