The Department of Parks and Recreation and the Hatboro-Horsham School District work cooperatively with these organizations to provide facilities for practices, play, meetings and registration.

Background

Independent groups within the community organize youth sports programs for Horsham residents.

The Horsham Little League Association offers T-ball, baseball and softball programs in the spring for children ages 5 to 18.

The Horsham Soccer Association offers its intramural and travel program each Fall for children ages 4 to 19.

The Horsham Hawks Football and Cheerleading Association offers its program to boys and girls, ages 5 to 15.

The Hatboro-Horsham Youth Basketball (HHOOPS) offers intramural basketball for boys and girls in first grade through twelfth grade as well as travel basketball for boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 13.

The Hatboro-Horsham Wrestling Club is dedicated to the development of youth in grades K-8th by introducing them to the sport of wrestling.

The Hatboro-Horsham Girls Amateur Softball Association (Banshees) is a travel softball program for girls, ages 9 to 18.

Meetings

The Horsham Little League meets the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 P.M. in the Horsham Township Building Community Room, 1025 Horsham Road.

The Horsham Soccer Association meets the second Wednesday, March through November, at 7:00 P.M. in the Clubhouse at Kohler Park Fricker Fields, 1050 Limekiln Pike (Rt. 152).

The Horsham Hawks Football and Cheerleading meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Clubhouse at Chestnut Creek Park Landis Fields, 273 Lower State Road.

The Hhoops meet the second Monday of each month in the Horsham Township Building Community Room, 1025 Horsham Road.Contact other organizations for information about their meetings.
