Horsham Police are investigating an attempted child luring that took place Thur 05/22/08 between 3:15 PM & 3:30 PM. An 8 yo child was approached by a W/M in a black car at Bender Ave and Crestview Road. The driver rolled down his window and told the child he was looking for his lost dog & asked the child to get in and help him find the dog.
